3 courses, 2 parings | $125 per person plus tax & service charge
Introducing Demo & Dinner with Adam. James Beard award winning Chef Siegel will open his kitchen to teach guests the skills & ingredients needed to create perfect Risotto. Following the cooking demonstration, guests will be served a three course dinner, including the Risotto appetizer, paired with two wines. Our sommelier, Chris will be on hand to discuss the wine pairings. This event will have limited seating.
